What is covered?

  • Manufacturing/material defects in the frame, rail, brackets, handlebars, roller bearings

  • Malfunction of the Snap-&-Ride™ mechanism

  • Zippers, handles, straps under normal use

What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (rolling, scratches, abrasion), cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by improper use, overloading, falls

  • Modifications, non-original parts

  • Loss/theft, transport damage by carrier

Important: This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights (e.g., 2-year warranty in the EU against the seller).


This is how a warranty claim works (3 steps)

  1. Report online: Send your order number, a brief description of the error, and 2-3 photos/short video to our customer service.

  2. Inspection within 48 hours: we confirm coverage and propose repair or replacement.

  3. Solution: Free replacement part shipping, exchange device, or professional repair. Return shipping labels included if needed. There are no costs for you.


Duration & Validity

  • 24 months from delivery; applies to first-time buyers (with invoice/order ID)

  • EU-wide valid for privately used JetRoll™
