Unsure about changing the LED rollers?

Here you'll find a short guide on how to best change the wheels without damaging anything:

1️⃣ Tools: You only need the appropriate Allen key. If the screws are very tight, some WD-40 or gently warming the axle connection (e.g., with a regular hairdryer) will help.

2️⃣ Loosen the screws: The screws are factory-treated with thread-locking compound (Loctite) to prevent them from loosening while driving. Therefore, they are often quite tight the first time. Turn them slowly counterclockwise with even pressure – avoid jerking motions to prevent damaging the screw head.

3️⃣ Remove the wheels: Once the screw is loosened, you can remove the wheel. It may be quite tight on the axle at first – this is normal. It's best to remove it with a slight wiggling and twisting motion, not just by pulling straight on. If the wheels are very tight, a rubber mallet may be helpful to avoid damaging anything.

4️⃣ Installing new wheels: Clean the axle shortly after removing the old wheels and, if necessary, use a little WD-40 to make it easier to install the new wheels. Simply slide the new wheels back on, screw in the bolt (clockwise), and tighten securely – but do not overtighten.

5️⃣ Check function: Finally, briefly check whether the wheels run freely and everything is securely in place – then the JetRoll™ is ready to go again.
