Important: This warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights (e.g. 2-year warranty in the EU vis-à-vis the seller).
How a warranty claim works (3 steps)

Report online: Order number, short error description, 2-3 photos/short video to our customer service.

Inspection in 48 hours: we confirm coverage and suggest repair or replacement.

Solution: Free shipping of spare parts, replacement device or professional repair. Return labels included, if necessary. There are no costs for you.
